Bilobella braunerae is a large, bright red springtail species and an absolute eye-catcher. In modern terraristics, these fascinating beneficial insects are indispensable helpers: as diligent "soil police," they naturally ensure a clean and healthy climate in the nest or terrarium.
What's special about breeding: This species is considered somewhat pickier when it comes to food. A real insider tip for breeding success is feeding them slime mold. With our Physarum polycephalum (slime mold), they can be bred excellently and stably – this is available separately in our shop!
